Little NSV for me...
Okay, I was on cloud nine about a week ago - really feeling like I was making a lot of progress, sticking to my guns, feeling thinner... but after a day or so I went back to feeling like sluggish, lumpy, blah old me. It's not that I binged or anything like that. I don't know if anyone else gets this - you get so excited for abit about the progress, and then it hits you how far you still have to go.... Anyway, I'm babbling now, so I'll get to the point. I had school all day today, and it wasn't until my last class this evening that I realized I'd been doing something all day long that I hadn't even noticed - sitting with my legs crossed! Probably sounds like a silly little thing to alot of people, but i haven't comfortable crossed my legs in a couple of years. Sometimes I'd force myself to cross my legs if it was the only ladylike way to sit in what I was wearing, but it was always increadably uncomfortable and kinda painful. And here I just spent a day sitting with my legs crossed and not even noticing! Yay! Just wanted to share....
