    You look great! Keep it up! I know it's not easy.. My weight have been yo yo lately.. between 180 to 176.. Ugh.... Gotta to workout more!

    This morning I got on my treadmill and walked for an hour.. but near at the end.. I fell off the treadmill.. ... Ouch but I am fine.. Whew! I fought so hard to get up which my r foot on tm.. and other foot on the floor..
