Default Four weeks on Jenny Craig...results are in!
It's been a tough ride...with me crying to my consultant every week about my depression/binge eating issues...

I never gave up on my exercising, though. I'm totally blown away by the results, because half of these four weeks, I spent binge eating.

So...in four weeks, I've lost:

8 LBS!!!

Posting this is so motivational...I think I'm going to jump onto my elliptical right now...

Thank you thank you...it's all the more motivating now!

Yeah, my consultant was very happy for me as well, because I was her only client that signed up for Jenny Craig because I needed help with my eating disorders.

Again, thanks for the encouragements!
