By just eating healthy
You have to do the following things
I dont have any junkfood in house anymore
I buy healthy food that is sometimes expensive but you have to remember that your health and life is more important
I eat three times a day and I also have sometimes a snack
By snack I mean a salade or an apple
I dont drink anymore coca cola and other stuff at first It was hard but now I am used to it
I eat a lof of vegetables when I have a dinner , I use small plates,
the half of the plate consist vegetables I eat only green vegetables
I also eat fruit every day
I eat stuff with low glycekil index
so for example only brown bread
The most important thing is dont eat after 19.30
I also exercise at least 5 times a week one hour
It's weird that I dont have any hunger anymore
it's not a diet but my new way of life, a healthy life
