i just wanted to share all this with you guys--i'm so proud of myself!!
i reached my February Exercise Goal!
woot for me!! 500 minutes accomplished!
on the 28th i had 40 minutes left to do so while i watched the amazing race i did the watp movements. it was great. i went at my own pace, but i was up and moving around. getting that heart rate going!
Way to go! Exercise can be the hardest thing.... Good job...
i'm actually finding that i'm liking the exercise b/c i'm doing exercise that i like and can do! i've got the biggest loser and watp (courtesy of wonderful reviews by all the 3 fat chick members) and i actually LIKE them. it's not like before where i dreaded exercise b/c they were either too hard or too fast or too dreadful.
