Default Everyone Weigh In 02/24/06

It's that time to let everyone know how the weekly struggle goes. All are welcome to join this general weigh in thread. Just join in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck everyone!

Me: 198.5, down 2 pounds from last week. Wait... did I just report a weight that starts with a 1? *looks around confused* Well, it looks as though I've passed one of the milest... *Stops, lets out an exuberant howl of joy, then does a cartwheel across the floor* Yaaaaaaaa ow ow ow *groin pull* ow ow ow.

Ahem. I'm having a very, very good week.

I actually lost 3.8 lbs last week.
I really pushed for that too
I am really trying to get my mini goal before I make the next one

Well I wish I could join in the fun, but I'm 190. I'm at a standstill and I can't pretend I don't know why. I haven't been recording my calories or exercising. I'm not changing my ticker though. I love seeing that 8 in the middle of that number! I hope to go down to 188 by next Friday. But good job to you girls and keep up the good work!

I was at a plateau for two weeks or so and stopped eating as many pretzels and south beach cookies and the scale has moved again. I was surprised making that little of a change made such a difference. I am on the sonoma diet but do a little south beach because I sometimes need the convenience of their frozen food/wraps. So, I stopped a week and a half ago and have lost 3-4 pounds just from that. Wow. Its amazing what can make a difference. Good luck all.

i am down another pound this week to 179!!! I am soooo happy to be in the 170's!!! Only 3 more pounds to go and I can celebrate a 20 pound loss!! I am going to buy myself a new cd when I lose that 3 pounds. for every 10 pounds i lose, I am going to buy myself something i don't normally buy...like a new cd!!

my weigh in was on Wednesday, but I'd lost 11 pounds! Though, this was my very first week and probably only lost mostly water. I have limited my salt (basically no salt added to foods) and calorie intake and have been to the gym for at least 40 minutes every day so far. YAY!

I'm so excited for you - you've SO earned it. Happy cartwheeling!! I may go out on the lawn and turn one for you myself!!

Congratulations Annie! You must be feeling so great - I know you've been looking forward to being in Onederland.

As for me, I'm STILL at 192 and I seem to have hit a brick wall. I have been at this weight for over a month (more like 6 weeks) and I'm starting to get a bit disheartened. I know I will start losing again ONE day so I'll keep plugging along. At least I'm not gaining.

Well I lost 1.5lb. this week. For some reason I gained a pound on Tues and held on to it until yesterday. I dropped my calories for the past 2 days and finally got the scale to move in the right direction again

Yay Lilolme! Congratulations! But we all know that even if the scale goes up a bit but we really are doing our part it IS going and eventually we will get the reward!!

Yeah! I weighed in this am (I only weigh in every other week) and I am down another 8 pounds. Woo Hoo! That makes 20 so far since 1/28. I know I am losing a little fast but I just started so its probably alot of water and I am exercising & eating healthier then I ever (EVER) have so... I'm sure it will slow down a little but for now, I am very happy!
One more pound and I can say goodbye to the 3's FOREVER!
