I don't have any big secret...I am just not eating junk for the most part. I usually start every day with a bowl of some type of healhty cereal and skim milk. Lunch is usually a Slim Fast Bar and Fruit. Then, I have a big salad when I get home from work. For supper, I cook something healthy or if I am really busy I eat a frozen weigt watcher meal or pick up a grilled chicken sandwhich. Since, Jan. 1 I have only ate non-healthy foods about 3-4 times and those times have all been pizza. So, I would say at least 90% of the time I eat healthy and allow myself to eat what I want about once every two weeks. I don't exercise regularly yet, but do like to do the Walk Away the Pound DVDs when I have the time and energy.
