Default Nsv!!

Okay, so it's small, but an improvement for sure. Well, I have a VERY sore back...when I stand or walk I have about 3 minutes before I start getting horrible pains in my lower back, and then I'd have to sit down....Well, they cut about 10 bus stops off the bus route this week without my knowledge, so when I left the mall and took the bus I had to walk about 10 minutes to get home after the last bus stop. So, my little NSV is that I've pushed on made it home without too much discomfort, and I've done that a few times this week already! And I also walked to meet my fiance at his work, which was also about 10 minutes there and then back as well. So, I was just surprised I got through it. Before my pain would be too harsh and I wouldn't even consider walking 10 minutes if I didn't have too. (I'm not doing scheduled cardio yet, because of my back pain, I'm trying to lose some weight first to make it a bit easier on me.) So, it's small, but for me and my history it was surely a NSV. Thanks for 'listening'.

I'm so proud of you, Vilandra!!! It's wonderful to see yourself doing something you never thought you could! Just make sure you don't injure your back, ok?

Vilandra - it isn't small, its huge really. Think about it, you would get really sore after 3 minutes of being up and NOW you are walking for 10 minutes. Soon you will be walking 20 minutes, then you will ditch the time tracker and be counting miles. Stick with it, don't get discouraged and remember you've already done something that just shortly ago you couldn't do. Hold on to that. Right now I am not losing any pounds, but I concentrate on how much better I do my exercises and that keeps me going because I know my body is working better. Your body is working better too and that is awesome!!!

Vilandra, this is a bigger achievement than you realize. You've increased your walking time by over 200%! Keep up the excellent work; there are some very good things in store for you.
