Vilandra - it isn't small, its huge really. Think about it, you would get really sore after 3 minutes of being up and NOW you are walking for 10 minutes. Soon you will be walking 20 minutes, then you will ditch the time tracker and be counting miles. Stick with it, don't get discouraged and remember you've already done something that just shortly ago you couldn't do. Hold on to that. Right now I am not losing any pounds, but I concentrate on how much better I do my exercises and that keeps me going because I know my body is working better. Your body is working better too and that is awesome!!!
