Hi everyone It's really a great website
I have already lost 15 pounds since 1 jan 2006.
My current weight is still huge 253 pounds
My goal is to weight 176 pounds.
The first few week I was losing a lot of weight but now I begin to see that I lose just 2 pounds a week and I exercise 7 times a week an 1 hour.
Maybe you have to step up your workout. What kind of program are you following for exercise? I do high intense cardio for about 10-15 mins, and then hop on the treadmill until I'm tired! lol
I am using a hometrainer every day I also doing the Tae Bo Billy Blanks sometimes
I dont count calories or anything else I am just trying to eat healthy three times a day and one snack for example cereals with milk.
and what also is important I dont eat after eight o' clock
