Today, I hit 245, which is lighter than I was in 2004 for the MS Walk. So that makes since 1-1-06, 17 pounds lost and 15 1/5 inches! Woo-Hoo!!!! I am ecstatic!
Eat Clean, make the right choices, count calories (during the week, too busy to keep track of on the weekends), watch fat intake and work out. I have finally figured out that this is not rocket science.......be careful of what we eat and work out and it will work!!!!
