Well, I did try to lift 3 sacks of potatoes at the store, but just couldn't manage it (I was afraid to put my back out again). When fat is spread over our bodies, we don't realize what a drag it is to lug it around everywhere. (My feet are thanking me!)

When I first started to loss weight, I feel I am not losing fast enough. When I lost 10lb, I still feel like it is such a small amount. One day I was at the grocery store and picked up a 10lb bag of potatoes and I thought to my self that I use to be like carrying that sack of potato around. It was definitely a great motivator.

well in total I've lost about 6 bags of sugar. But since December last month I've lost 3 bags of sugar and a block or two of cheese.

15 law school case books! Holy God, I hated carrying those things around. One semester, I even had to use a wheely-backpack, because the books were so heavy.

Man, I used to carry all that on my body. (Now it's in my brain. )

At this point, I weigh less than my two dogs put together.

Books - now that's something different - congratulations! I guess I've lost a good-sized paperback (1 lb.) in the last week!
