Cutting out sugar is easier than you think. I was a sugar-addict! Constantly drinking juices all day that were loaded with sugar. I added sugar to alot of my foods and ate donuts, cookies, brownies like they were going out of style. I still love sugar but now I get Light Hawaiian Punch or Diet fruit-flavored soda. Splenda has been a life saver. I still add 1 teaspoon of regular sugar to give things a little kick.

Congrats to your weight loss.
