  • It's time to share how the weekly journy goes. Everyone is welcome to join this general weigh in thread. Simply jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.

    Me: 204, down .5 pounds from last week. Not much of a drop, but after 3 weeks of having gains, I'll take it. I know that things are just going to be getting better from here on out.
  • I am sooo excited about this journey! Usually at this time I sabatoge my own diet plan by being happy with a 10 pound weight loss and go right back to the foods that are bad for me.

    Well - that has changed. I am so motivated to workout and change my lifestyle!

    CW: 222 down 4 pounds from last week!!!

  • Still the same - 194. At least I haven't gone up.
  • 150. I was on a cruise a few weeks ago and I didn't gain too much weight so that is good. Looking forward to being in the 140's again.. I haven't been 145 since high school so that'll be neat to be there again.. high normal weight for my size (5'1") is 132 though.. so 18 pounds to go..!
  • I'm at 156.5. Down 2 pounds from last week, so I'm right on schedule I guess. The weight on my driver's license is now only slightly a lie!
  • 175, down 2 pounds from last week, which is a lot for me (I previously lost 2-4 pounds per month). Today is my last day of Sonoma Diet Wave 1 so I think the loss will probably slow down to what it used to be.

  • All time high 345, weight at 01-01-06 - 304.8, weight today 295.75

  • I lost .5 pounds. I am now 171.0 wahhooo the numbers are going down
  • Down to 202 for a total of 25 lost.
  • I lost 1 pound, for a total of 15 pounds lost since I started!
  • Today was my weigh in day, and I'm pleased to say that I've hit the 20 pounds gone forever mark! I started what I call, "cleaning up my eating habits," the last week of December.

    I know the next 60 pounds won't go so quickly, but I'm ready to fight them off.

    I also started working out this past week, in public no less, and I love feeling my muscles waking up.
  • I have lost 7 pounds since I started my food plan 3 weeks ago! Woo HOO!!! It is a good feeling to be in control of the food again! We can do it by Gods Grace!
