Default Whoo!!

Alright, I was really upset earlier this week. I went to the gym everyday and watched my calories like a hawk! then when I did an early sneak peek at the scale I had lost nothing after a week! So, needless to say, I was unimpressed. So then I continued reading "Winning By Loosing" By Jillian Michaels (trainer from "The Biggest Loser", and after doing some math I realized I wasn't eating enough for the energy I was using. So I upped my calories and dropped 3lbs this week! So I ate more and still lost weight! I love it lol

I did the same thing while back. I posted on here that I was eating about 1200 calories at 220 odd pounds and wasn't losing anything. They told me I needed to increase it. I went up to 1600-1800 calories (with 1-2 higher calorie days) and I've been losing about 3 pounds a week now! And don't worry, I weight train and have been increasing muscle mass significantly so no need to admonish about losing muscle
