It's the last weigh in of the year, and time to see how we're bringing out the old year! Everyone is welcome to join in this general weigh in thread. Simply jump in whenever you official weigh in day rolls around.

Me: 204, up half a pound from last week. My second gain in a row, but this isn't the tragedy that I might seem. I started off the Tuesday, the first day of work after Chrismas, with a whopping weight of 207. And that seems to galvanize me, I think. For the first time in a long time, I really feel like I'm _into_ my losing weight again. I know it's weird to say this after a couple of gains, but I really feel like I'm on track again.

I've lost 6 pounds so far. That puts me at 254.

Edit: Changed my weigh-in to Saturday, and oddly enough am down 3 lbs from yesterday to 206.2. That's down .8 from last week. I'm gonna go ahead and take that as my official "weigh in" and stay away from the scale until next Saturday.

Well today is my first day on your site so I haven't lost anything as of yet. I start LAWL program on Sunday so I'm really going to try hard to have a weight loss to post next week.

I've gained a couple of pounds in the month between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'm still not 100% back on my eating plan, but I am easing my way back into weighing and measuring my food. I've rededicated myself to exercising regularly, and this has, I'm sure, prevented me from gaining more than just the two pounds.

I had a tough time with eating candy while I was at my Dad's house for Christmas. He lives near a candy factory, and he purchased a 15 pound box of factory seconds Heath Bars. Yes, you read that right - fifteen pounds! I love Heath Bars with a passion. The fact that they were odd shapes and sizes did not affect the taste at all. I ate them quite obsessively for the two days I was at Dad's house. I did not take him up on his offer to bag some up to bring home with me. That, at least, is something positive.

I'm up a pound to 196.5 but I'll wait till next week to change my tracker as I KNOW I'll get the weight off by next week. I'm being extra good now that the holiday temptations are gone.

I lost another three pounds this week as of yesterday. Unfortunately we went out to eat yesterday so I'm up a pound today. I'll have to drink plenty of water to get that off again.

This is my first day on 3chicks, but I am 185 pounds now. A year ago, I was about 175. Two years ago, I was 140 after losing 30 pounds from the year before. Ack! But I got a feeling 2006 is gonna be different!

GEE I wish I had a scale @ home but no... mom refuses to get one. I have to wait till school break is over to check on the school scale.

I'm up 1 pound from last week to 205 lbs.

However, given the way I was eating this last week it could have been so much worse so I was pretty happy to see that 205.
