Everyone Weigh In 12/02/05

  • Once again it's time for the semi-official 3FC general weigh in thread! Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your offiicial weigh in day rolls around.

    Me: 202.5, down 1.5 pounds from last week, up .5 pounds from my lowest weight of 2 weeks ago. I was hoping that I would get back to my lowest weight, but I'm pretty close anyways. It's a bit aggravating to be hover so close to the below 200 mark though! Well, that's ok. It's alot better than when I wad hovering near the 260 mark. I know I didn't quite stick to my diet this week like I should have. I just need to work on my resolve a bit.
  • Quasi- start-over for me. I gained a bit last month because I was getting overwhelmed with trying to do everything at once. So, in November I stopped everything and focused only on developing exercise as a habit every day. This month my new habit will be logging food on paper.

    So, my start-over weight is 154.
  • I'm at 208.2, up .4 from last week -- Thanksgiving and all my lunches last week (as well as lack of exercise / lack of willpower) this week caught up to me. Back on track now though, and hoping to be back down next week -- I have a goal of being 199 by new year, and I really want to hit it!
  • Down 1-1/2 lbs - Yay!

    I'm trying to stick to my daily calorie allowance by fitting in seasonal "treats" in VERY small portions - seems to be working so far.

    My Christmas Challenge Goal is looking a bit more do-able, but I'll be happy with a few more pounds.

  • Down 8lbs from the 1st of November.
  • I am at 197.6 which is down 1.4 pounds from two weeks ago (last week after Thanksgiving I was at 201). At any rate, I am back on track after the holiday and I am hoping to do better with Christmas. I am limiting my holiday treats to Christmas Eve and Christmas. I just cannot afford to have a month of gorging myself.
  • I'm down 3 pounds this week so a total of 20 pounds gone since October 22!

  • Down 4 more pds this week! From 249 to 245!
  • Started using Fitday and really counted calories this week, and went from 188.1 to 185.0! 3.1 lbs! I truly love this program!

  • I took 2lbs. off this week...for a total of 39 so far. I love fitday.com too...I tell it what I ate, and it does all the calorie math for me, lol.
  • I am down about 2.5 lb, from 215 to 212.5. Makes me happy! Hopefully if I continue exercising and eating better that number will improve.
