Default Hooray! I'm overweight! :D :D
I weighed in at 185 lbs today, putting my BMI at 29.9! This means I fall into the 'overweight' category instead of 'obese'!

And I agree, Valerie, I hate the word obese as well. :[

I know what you mean...I was obese and really wasnt that big...I was sooooo happy when I was just "overweight"..that was such an awsome feeling!!! When I started I was 32.? and shocked, now I am 28.4 (something like that) and it feels sooooo good!

When I first started, my BMI was 40.3, and now it's 29.9! Down a whole 10.4 points! It feels awesome!
