So far thats a total of 65 pounds (if I dont include my highest weight ever).. Jan will be my 1 year anniversary of dieting.

Amazing pics...

Mine are in the member gallery inder LeanneM83...

I had had 3 kids in 4 years...I have a 4.5, 2.5 and 15 month old....I was over 200lbs with each pregnancy...and I am not 112-115...I swear it is harder to keep it off than take it off...so I know all the hard work you guys have put in....glad to see so many happy, smiling faces!

Going to throw mine in for posterity!

Max weight right about the time of the graduation photo, and second from graduation a year later. I weigh about the same now that I did then. I also HATE HATE HATE having my picture taken, seeing photos often makes me cry - but I am hoping these will make for great before and afters

PS. I also hate face fat! Any tips because I would love that to come off first.

flamejobgrrl - you look great. You really do. I don't know how old you are but with the first pic I assumed you were older but now I can see how young you are. You look so good. Keep it up!!

Your face has already slimmed down a lot! You look great. I found that my face changed gradually along the way (unlike other areas where I lost lots in fits and spurts) The last 25 lbs seemed most noticable though.

Thanks all. The thing that seems the most twisted to me - I think I look the same in the mirror as I did back at 260, but i know I don't look the same.

Your photos and stories help keep me motivated too. Let's see some more

Flamegrrl -- You look great, you do not look like the same person! The face fat will leave as you lose the weight...I find there is a big difference in the 2 pics...

Wow what a difference ZedAus (I'm from Tas originally now I live in the UK), nice snake too, is it a carpet python???

Here's me at 262 or there abouts and now at 201!
