209, down .5 pounds from last week. It was kinda a weird week for me, with my weight fluctuating from as much as 212 to 208. I dunno what's going on. But I plan to keep marching on till I stablize and continue to lose weight.
Still 135 (is this the fourth week in a row?). That's okay, as long as I don't gain. October is a new start for me, time to lose these last few pounds already!
I'm gonna have to get a move on if I want to meet my short term goal of 5 lbs. off by October 14th. Need to up my exercise a bit. It's pouring with rain here , so it'll have to be the treadmill
I'm around the 135-136 range (not changing my ticker until I'm solidly at 135) which is about a 3-4 pound drop from last week. Wow! Although, I'm guessing it's mostly water weight from coming off TOM.
I am 209, the same as last week. I've just come down with some kind of headcold / sinusitis - and thus am feeling like crap. Am also overloaded with work for the first half of the week. Good think for my PT - two 2 hr forced workout sessions.
I've been steadily losing 1-3 lbs. per week for the past two months (half due to PT), so hopefully that trend will continue.
I am down 1 1/2 lbs. I used to expect to lose 5 lbs. in a week. But now I am very happy with just a steady 1 lb. a week loss...because I am concentrating on becoming a normal eater. I follow the Richard Simmon's diet (at around 1,400 to 1,500 cal's a day) and workout faithfully to pilates, yoga, or cardio workout dvds and/or walk. Anyway, I am getting closer to my goal...yeah!

Reason: My weight tracker isn't working...
5 more lbs till I reach the top of the range my doctor wants me at, and 15 more lbs until I'm at my ideal weight. But I'm no longer considered overweight on the BMI charts!
