I am down 50 lbs. from where I started almost 8 months ago (265 down to 215). I think that works out to 1.5 lbs a week - if someone with a set calculation rate could let me know what they do it would be helpful .
I just recently started physical therapy for my legs and lower back, so hopefully the last 50 will go a bit faster. I can't say that 165 will wind up being my end date, I'm holding judgement until I get closer to end goal.
