I am down 50 lbs.
from where I started almost 8 months ago (265 down to 215). I think that works out to 1.5 lbs a week
- if someone with a set calculation rate could let me know what they do it would be helpful
.I just recently started physical therapy
for my legs and lower back, so hopefully the last 50 will go a bit faster. I can't say that 165 will wind up being my end date, I'm holding judgement until I get closer to end goal.Today was a very happy day.
