I am so excited and proud of myself!
I set my goal at 400 minutes of exercise for this month (20 minutes per day, 5 days per week) because I'm trying to start slow and not aggravate my Fibromyalgia. I wasn't sure I'd be able to meet my goal but I figured I'd give it my best shot.
Well, here it is only the 19th of the month and I've surpassed my goal by 58 minutes!!! This may not sound like a big deal, but to me it is a huge success. Even the fact that I see it as success is a success LOL

because I'm usually very hard on myself and don't tend to recognize when I do well.
I did it!! I AM doing it!!!
