Default I've Lost 55 Lbs!!! Woo Hoo!!!
Just Had To Shout It Out!!! I Didn't Celebrate At 50 So I Am Celebrating Now. In Celebration, I Am Going To Take A Really Long Walk Tonight, Much Longer Than Norm To Thank My Body For Sustaining Me Through All That Extra Weight It Had To Lug Around.
I Picked Up 2 Cases Of Water Last Night To Carry Them In (approx 50lbs) And I Could Not Believe This Is What I Have Been Carrying. My Poor Joints, Muscles, Bones, Spine...
I Will Never Turn Back Now!

What a great way to celebrate WooHoo

I've had similar feelings whenever I have to lug around heavy items... I think, my gods, I used to carry more than this around every waking hour!

Thank you EVERYONE!!!!!!! My walk last night was just awesome. I feel so much stronger and healthier now than I did 3 months ago. The body is an amazing thing. It carries us through with excess weight, junk food, and dehydration for months and years sometimes. It then bounces back even though we've treated it with such irregard. Your body is your best friend. Do something really great for it today!!!
