226.5, down 3.5 pounds from last week. I jest love love love it when I lose my TOM water bloat!

Hi Everyone!

This is my first week participating in the weekly weigh-in. My regular weigh day is Friday and in the past week I was very pleasantly surprised to see that I managed to lose 2 pounds! Hope everyone else has been a "loser" this week as well!

I weighed myself this morning and I was 135.6. Same as last week.

Thanks, lol. I worry that I'll start gaining, but so far so good. I'm finding out that I can eat more food and not gain. Actually, I can eat a ton of food and not gain! It's great! (Must be the exercise?)

I weighed in yesterday with a loss of 4.5 pounds. I am so shocked that I lost that much, granted most of it is probably water weight.

I weighed in at 253.6 lbs today then I got back on the scale and it read 252.6 I'm gonna take the higher number to make myself more accountable. I gained last week from 252.8 to 255.0 now I'm back down to 253.6 which is great I've been consitent with my workout and my eating so I'm happy. I have made milestone in my running so the weight doesn't even matter to me this week. I am getting stronger and gaining endurance.

I'm weighing in still at 148. At least it's not a gain! I did eat pretty poorly this week (lots of dessert), and I also did a lot of strengthening exercises, so I'm not surprised I didn't lose. I'm still seeing progress in my measurements though!

UGH! UGH! UGH! I'm up a pound.

My social life has been pathetic for a long time, and the last couple weeks I'd gotten invitations to go out to eat with co-worker friends. I figured that socializing with others would do me more good in the long run, but I have so much trouble focusing on more than one thing at a time (stupid ADD...), that I couldn't make smart choices at the restaurants, and also missed workouts in the meantime.

Well, no more going out to eat for a long time, and now I'm doubling up on the workouts. This will NOT happen again!

finally down 2 pounds, my TOM was really rough on me, I felt so bloated and blah, but thankfully it's gone and so is my bloat weight!! yay!!
