231.5, down half a pound from last week.
Going by my calories in vrs calories burned as calculated by Fitday, I should have had a bigger loss. I'm putting this one on my monthly cycle, since about two weeks before my period I do seem to stall out on the losing or even gain weight.
So, not the best week I've ever had, but not too concerned about it.

I'm weighing in at a solid 149 this week. Last week it was iffy whether it was 149 or 150, and it ended up being 150 most of the week (I weigh every morning), but (like apparently everyone else around here) my cycle started yesterday, and this morning I am solid at 149! So I'll count that as a 1-lb loss over the past two weeks.
Well I am just ending my monthly cycle and so weigh is coming down. Down 3 lbs from 194 to 191. This is according to my moms scale, we will see if when I buy a new scale whether it agrees with that weigh?!
I didnt realise that your monthly cycle made you gain weight? But I have seen it for myself, cause I was 191 before my cycle. Wonder if I do that every month?

I have been known to gain as much as 8 lbs. due to hormonal fluctuation and water gain!
I was 265 3 days ago and I'm about to begin my cycle, so we'll see what I wiegh later at the gym today.
I have weighed myself and I am down 2 lbs!! Unfortunately I had my weights wrong. I save my last 5 weighins and my last weighin according to the scale was 257.6 and today it is 255.6 so a 2 lb loss it is. Good. Last night I really messed up with my calories but I am back on track today. Darned larosa's pan pizza
Hi all, I just started Oprah's bootcamp and for the first week, I lost 11 pounds! I am so excited because while it wasn't easy, it wasn't as difficult as Weight Watchers has been for me in the past. I thought something was strange when I kept tugging at my jeans because they weren't sitting where they were supposed to be. I never imagined I would lose so much on the first week.
I am sleeping much better, getting up earlier and not feeling sluggish.
This week, I have to concentrate on more exercise to keep my metabolism up.
I was only able to so this beacuse of this board. I am so glad to have the support of everyone here.

Wow, I haven't weighed since Saturday! I decided to weigh-in once a week, because I was weighing too much. I was totally obsessed with my weight, so I decided to take action. I feel much better now that I'm not constantly worrying about what the scale says.

You go right ahead and DANCE!!! That is so cool. I can't wait until I'm that close to being under 200!!! Besides, the dancing will probably burn those couple of calories that will put you over the edge!!
