Everyone Weigh In 5/20/05
It's time to tell all the other chicks how you did this week! Chime in whenever your official weigh in day is.
For me 231.5, down half a pound from last week. Going by my calories in vrs calories burned as calculated by Fitday, I should have had a bigger loss. I'm putting this one on my monthly cycle, since about two weeks before my period I do seem to stall out on the losing or even gain weight. So, not the best week I've ever had, but not too concerned about it. |
Hopefully you'll lose more after your cycle starts. :goodvibes My cycle's due any day and I've started losing again! :D

Wow Jo, you're doing great! You'll be at your goal weight in a couple days! Congratulations!
I'm weighing in at a solid 149 this week. Last week it was iffy whether it was 149 or 150, and it ended up being 150 most of the week (I weigh every morning), but (like apparently everyone else around here) my cycle started yesterday, and this morning I am solid at 149! So I'll count that as a 1-lb loss over the past two weeks. |
My weigh in
Well I am just ending my monthly cycle and so weigh is coming down. Down 3 lbs from 194 to 191. This is according to my moms scale, we will see if when I buy a new scale whether it agrees with that weigh?!
I didnt realise that your monthly cycle made you gain weight? But I have seen it for myself, cause I was 191 before my cycle. Wonder if I do that every month? |

I have weighed myself and I am down 2 lbs!! Unfortunately I had my weights wrong. I save my last 5 weighins and my last weighin according to the scale was 257.6 and today it is 255.6 so a 2 lb loss it is. Good. Last night I really messed up with my calories but I am back on track today. Darned larosa's pan pizza :dz:

Not my best week.
I'm down half a pound, but at least it's in the right direction. Too many restaurants and too many times giving in to candy, and not enough exercise. I have lost inches, half-inches, and quarter-inches here and there, though. |
Hi all, I just started Oprah's bootcamp and for the first week, I lost 11 pounds! I am so excited because while it wasn't easy, it wasn't as difficult as Weight Watchers has been for me in the past. I thought something was strange when I kept tugging at my jeans because they weren't sitting where they were supposed to be. I never imagined I would lose so much on the first week.
I am sleeping much better, getting up earlier and not feeling sluggish. This week, I have to concentrate on more exercise to keep my metabolism up. I was only able to so this beacuse of this board. I am so glad to have the support of everyone here. |
Still losing
WOOHOO! I'm down 3.5lbs from last week. That puts me a pound away from my mini goal of 200lbs. I cannot wait for my scale to say 199.9. I'm trying really hard not to do a little dance right now. Congrats to everyone else, keep up the good work.

134 down 2.8 lb from last week. Wow!! feel wonderful. I was down this much because of after period and I'm still exercise everyday.

Wow, I haven't weighed since Saturday! I decided to weigh-in once a week, because I was weighing too much. I was totally obsessed with my weight, so I decided to take action. I feel much better now that I'm not constantly worrying about what the scale says. |
Well, this can be my first weigh-in day, and from now on my official day will be on WEDNESDAYS! :)
