This month (11/24/04 through 12/22/04) I lost 15.75 inches and 1 lb.
So... drum roll please....
since beginning my exercise on June 29th, 2004 I have lost:
5 inches on my bust
4 inches on my waist
6.5 inches on my abs
6.5 inches on my hips
5 inches on my arms (both arms- so 2.5 inches per arm)
and 17 INCHES ON MY THIGHS! (both thighs- so 8.5 inches per thigh)
for a total of 44 inches lost! I'm the biggest dork in the world but I just taped together 44 inches of paper strips to have it hit home. (pick up your ruler and check it- that's a bunch!) I'm going to put it on my "motivation" closet.
(and 20.25 lbs and 14.33 body fat lbs since starting on 6/29/04- most of it came when I started dieting in October)
