Default whaddya know

i started eating around 1000 calories a day and riding the exercise bike about 45 mins to an hour almost every day, and lost verrry slowly. i accepted the fact i would lose slowly anyway because i started out at around 151 and would like to get down to at the most 130 if not lower. lately i've been getting lazy and still counting my calories but its been more like 1300-1400 and i've only been riding the bike about once a week if that often, but the weight loss has picked up!

That could be because you were eating under your base calorie needs and by then exercising on top of that pushing your body into starvation mode and forcing it to hold onto your fat stores even harder. It sounds weird sometimes to say that if you eat more you lose faster lol.

Agreed. 1000 cals a day is too low, unless prescibed by a doctor. And no doctor is going to tell someone who weights 151 pounds to go on a 1,000-a-day diet. 1200 should be the absolute minimum!!
