    Well, a friend and I have had a lot of laughs over this one as we have lost weight together... I will try to say it very tactfully but I am SURE many of you have thought it and can relate... but...

    You know the program is working when....

    You go to the bathroom and can "reach" when you clean yourself.

    Your teenage daughter tells you to turn sideways, and then exclaims "Wow, you really ARE losing weight, your gut doesn't stick out past your boobs anymore!"

    Someone at work whom you don't know well comes up and asks you how you are losing so much weight!!

    Best part.... this HAPPENED to me today!!! Yay!!
