84? Yeah, you ought to be able to do that. My wife has lost 80 over the past couple years, and feels SO much better! She still has some ways to go, but is just taking it slow. She is following a modified Atkins plan, and works out with a personal trainer several times per week. Last summer she got a bike and now we ride nearly every weekend--something she would not have believed possible a couple of years ago!
Once you get in the habit of exercise you simply cannot live without it.
