If you don't mind me asking how long did it take you to lose your weight? I am just beginning and a little bigger than your starting weight. I have kind of been stuck at the same weight for a couple of weeks. However, I have been measuring myself and I seem to be losing inches.
hello newby! no i dont mind you asking. well i started to diet in febuary so thats about 4 or 5 months. but it doesnt seem that long. well good luck on your diet and keep in touch!
What kind of working out do you do? I see you do the treadmill, do you use the incline, how long do you walk? What else do you do for exercise? I am totally new at this diet thing.
hello newby! well i go to a local gym. first i do the different weight machines. after im done with the weight machines i do cardio (which is running...excercise for the heart.) on the treadmill i do the incline instead of running. i dont ususlly go by how long, i go by the burning of calories. i ususally burn up to 200-350 calories at one time by walking the incline on the treadmill. if you have any other questions i would be happy to answer them!
