It is FREEZING out not to mention so windy and I stuck with my walk and did the whole 2 1/2 miles. Now my cheeks are windchapped but oh boy don't I feel good.weigh day is tomorrow and I am confident that I will lose some more weight also

Good going!! I'm such a woose. I haven't walked outside since I got my treadmill. I do miss it though. If we get a slightly warmer day, I might do that! It is snowing here though. I can only imagine how cold it must get in Maine. Congrats on the walk!!!

I think that it is great that you went and did your exercise even though mother nature was acting up. That shows real determination on your part. I know because I have gone out with snowflakes hitting my face. I figure no pain, no gain (or loss depending how you look at it).

I had a great little success today. I went to meet some friends for coffee this morning and they decided we should hook up at a donut shop!

Just imagine how proud I felt after an hour or so when I had not only stuck to my coffee, water, and protein bar, but walked out without taking a single donut with me!!! Believe me, I kept looking at all the lovely little donuts with the glaze and sprinkles and coconuts, but I didn't have a single one. Ain't that cool?!

Just had to spread my pride! One little victory at a time is the only way I know how to measure success!
