I made it! Today I became a lifetime member. I lost 20 lbs and am going to keep it off the rest of my life. I'm so proud of myself, forgive me for strutting. I want to bask in this, because it was hard at first, but I feel great, am healthy and can do this the rest of my life. I cried when they gave me the gold key. Honestly, water, walking, writing down EVERYTHING, and the joy of reading this forum and 3fat chicks kept me going. I love each and everyone of you! I feel marvelous!!!!

Way to go. I know you must be very happy and proud as well you should be. It is not easy and it takes a lot of dicipline. I am sure I speak for everyone when I say we are glad to have been able to help you through.

Thank you again. I love the support we get from these boards! this is my favorite web site. I check in about 5 times a day. My palm pilot has helped a lot and also the points bracelet I wear. I feel great and know that WW is the way to go. I cringe when I see some of the "fad" diets that eliminate food groups. This is slow, but sure, and safe.

CONGRATS and you deserve to bask in it.. I joined WW only 2 weeks ago and I am down 7.6 lbs so far... I have about 30 more to go but I feel confident.. I love writing everything down.. It really makes you realize what you are eating and how much. Amazing!!

I hate it when I see ads stating "lose weight while you sleep" Then they fill you full of chemicals or grapefruit juice. WW is the only way to go. I feel great!! I love these boards, and I adore my Palm Pilot.
