I love this board!
Anyway, I started my lifestyle change last week. I am using slimfast, but also keeping my calories between 800 and 1000. I started using Hydroxycut a couple of days ago also. I feel great!!! Oh, I'm doing Tae-bo in the mornings too.
My small success... I put on a pair of jeans that last week would not even zip. And now they are loose, and comfortable.
YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Way to go, islandmamma. It's the small successes that keep us going. (And those are pretty big "little successes" you've achieved.)And you're already heading in the right direction. Keep it up!

Goodluck with the slimfast- try the various weight watchers frozen meals too. A lot of them are very good. Anyway, keep up your momentum!

Thanks gals! I actually do eat the WW dinners. They are really good!
I lost another 1 and 1/2 pounds since yesterday! I think it is the Hydroxycut that is speeding up my efforts, and enhancing my weight loss. But it is not for everyone. I don't get the shakes or dizziness with thermo's. Lots of people do.
Well, as Oprah now says,
