I've heard a little about Chitosan? How exactly does it work. I tried using Metabolife for a while but I don't like the way it makes me feel and all the reports I hear about it make me a little nervous. Just wondering about Chitosan.

I used to try all kind of "drugs" and diet gimmicks, and I've finally succeeded using God's power and my strength with overeaters anonymous! If you loose without drugs or "gimmicks" chances are you will keep it off longer. Statistics prove this! Just remember it's not a diet but a life change!

Chistosan is made of the exoskeleton of shellfish (bugs have it too, I don't know if they use ones from insects). Supposedly it binds to the fat you eat and 'flushes it away.' You are not going to find many people on this website who believe in non prescription diet pills. I also suggest you check out the website quackwatch.com Perform a search on the keyword 'chitosan.' The doctor who runs the site is very thorough and skeptical! It's also very entertaining.
