Talking 1st official weigh in
Hi, new here and I thought that I should explain that I was trying to do my weight loss on my own, was doing ok until the WTC then I screwed up and this past week I went to Weight watcher meeting and for the week I lost 4.2 lbs. Wow, I am glad I went back.

I hope to keep visiting here and learning a lot. This site has so much variety, I like that!

Great job! Keep up the great work!! I know it's not easy to start out, but once you've made it all habit, it's not so hard to finish!

I recently started using the weight watchers on line thingie... lost 17 lbs so far... how do you like the weight watchers program...
