Breakfast: 1/2 c. uncle sam cereal mixed with 1/2 c. kashi go lean crunch and 3/4 skim milk. I used the other 1/4 cup milk to make myself some frothy coffee (yumm)

Lunch: I made oatmeal raisin cookies with whole wheat flour and milled flax, only 1/4 c. of natural cane sugar and 3/4 c. apple sauce plus some other ingredients.....to make a long story short I ate 2 1/2 of those. It was a good lunch

Dinner: BBQ chicken with 1 c. whole wheat pasta topped with homemade sauce and a little bit of cheese

Dessert: sugar free cherry vanilla ice cream

I went a little crazy with the starches, but tomorrow is another day!

B: Oatmeal with milk and a touch of brown sugar
S: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
L: tuna fish sandwich--homemade tuna salad on 7-grain bread; cucumber; 1/2 cup collard greens; 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (oops! but they were yummmmy)
S: SF hot cocoa
D: Asian dump chicken, fresh green beans, sauteed corn (?) I have a ton of corn on the cob from our farm delivery that I need to do something with!

Have to go home tonight and make sugar-laden things for our "Beat the Heat" birthday break at work tomorrow that I am on the committee for. I am going to make the Oreo-Mocha trife as Jessie-friendly as possible and a banana cream pie from Cooking Light. There will be watermelon tomorrow so I am gonna load up on that!

You gals are always so thorough, sheesh. I am really bad at planning, cause I am always in a rush somewhere.

Breakfast: uh oh, I was on the go, Coffee, splenda, a touch of vanilla extract, and ff 1/2 and 1/2 -- I had to get the boys out the door for gymnastics.

Of course after spending the whole morning out, there was a LFcinnamon poptart that my little guy didn't even eat so, I took a small bite of that and then put it in a baggie so I wouldn't be tempted to snitch some. I don't even like poptarts! DH is a junk food eater, and I have forbidden him to bring things home. This was an exception. Usually, I don't touch them anyway, but still. SEE, thats what happens when you don't eat BREAKFAST!

Lunch: Taco Bake on Romaine with LF sour cream, a bit of cheddar cheese, salsa and tobasco. Yumm-O! and a SF Diet A&W

Smoked cod sounds good. Do you buy it smoked, or do you smoke it yourself?
