What a great topic! and so good to see you post here again
I'm the queen of delusions and rationalizations..
I stopped using Fitday thinking " I know how many cals this is" and what a portion looks like
..NOT
I got bored with healthy food... so much easier to grab some chips ... now I'm back to checkin out new recipes and exploring new foods.
I avoided exercise because it bores me and I hate feeling sore.. And quite frankly I was Mad at myself for getting out of the habit of exercising near everyday when I was at 130 . fmNow I am exercising and my mantra is "I'm sore, sore is good, I'm building my muscles and my body thanks me this way"
One step in front of the other gets me where I need to go!
