Hey everyone,hope all is well. I have been trying to resart p1 wiht no success.
I am aiming to start Sunday June 25. I was very successful on SB in April but had trouble going to p2. I reread the book and feel more confident to go in to the change of phases.Has anyone else had trouble restarting?
I have been falling back into old habits
and want to stop the maddness before I regain anything. I do not find the plan hard to follow, maybe I have just gotten lazy.
I need to loose 10 more pounds and I just need a kick in the butt.
I think it has a lot to do with additude. i know I can do it. HELP!!!!!!!Any suggestions?
