Ok, so apparetly I am the slug of the group! In my defense, I did not get up until 10 because I was up late (I work from home in the evenings).

I was awakened by a stuffy bedroom. Ack! Only thing I hate about living upstairs is it gets stuffy. The weather here in San Diego is sunny and warm. I'll try to send some to those of you who are having rain.

Not too much planned for today except some errands. But for now I think I will saty here on the sofa with Ralphie (one of my cats) and watch a little T.V.

Afternoon chickies! Yesterday went well with water, got some ab strength training in. Food was alright until the evening went awry. Today I need to get my week 4 day 2 training run in. I bought myself some running shorts to reward myself for sticking to it after my tuesday run. Just a quick post-by today as I am super budy. Have a good day all!

kelly - Avoid the cake at all costs lol! I have been doing a yoga video in leau of my normal class as my instructor broke a rib...you would be surprised, still very fun and challenging.

kiko - CONGRATS! Exercise should help you blast into the 140s! We know you can do it.

Hi Ladies

This is what happened so far. We had to rent a car,and we were lucky we did as we live in a tourist town and the man that come in after us,was told not comapct or mod size cars left. The larger cars were on the lot and the cost $90 day.We only had to pay $27. We will have to keep the rental for at least 1 week,until our car is fixed.The whole back was smashed all the lights are gone.The insurance adjuster won't be here until Tues,on the account of the Holiday weekend.

Yikes!! I hope it doesn't bring my weight up again.
