Okay, last week I did pretty good. But having this thread posted keeps me accountable...so here we go again

MONDAY

TUESDAY
water - 64 oz.
exercise - none
grains - 3 servings
WEDNESDAY
water - 64 oz.
exercise - 30 minutes
grains - I think I had 4 today
THURSDAY
water - 32 oz. so far...
exercise - If it's not raining, a 60 minute walk tonight
grains - 3 planned
FRIDAY
