I promise I am not a scale addict, I don't even HAVE one at home, but if I can make it to work without eating I like to weigh, and I have lost FIVE pounds this week already! Hooray for phase 1!! (Keep in mind that I have a lot more to lose than some of you!!!!)

B: Eggbeaters with ham
Snack: string cheese
Lunch: Leftover dijon almond chicken, broccoli, and pinto beans
Snack: string cheese
Dinner: eating at the mall...so whatever looks good and P1!!
