So far, I'm on day 6...and I ate so much today but for some reason, no matter what I do, I'm still hungry! I did notice that I don't long for sugary stuff as much as I used to and if I do have an urge, there's so many sweet alternatives. Sometimes I wonder why I have never done this before.
