1) Stay on Phase 1
2) Exercise 6 times
3) 1 diet coke a day (this one's gonna be hard)
4) Abs atleast 5 times this week
5) 3 liters of water a day (cause 1 d.coke a day may be pushing it)
I had a whole slew of things I was going to commit to, so I'll just have to ammend the list as I think of them. Here's to those last 10 pounds!

1) Drink H2O. (60-100 oz)
2) Walk every day for 1/2 an hour a day.
3) Find a multivitamin I can take.
Long story short for 3: I'm allergic to sulfer and most multi's have sulfer
M: 1. 2. :/ 20 minutes. 3. No luck.
T: 1. 2. *kicks school* 3. Ended up having to take a vit. B supplement only. They all have sulfer

I think I'll post some goals this week too, maybe it will keep me motivated.
1) Drink at least 64 oz of water everyday
2) Walk for 30 minutes each day (starting tomorrow since I did grocery shopping today)
3) Eat no more than 2 servings carbs/starchy veggies per day
My goals for this week are:
1) Drink at least 72 oz of water per day
2) Get in my veggies every day (been doing horrible with this lately)
3) Exercise at least 5 days for 30+ minutes
