Default Another question-phase 1
Help-i am hopeless at figuring out what i can and cant have. Can i have unsweetened applesauce in phase 1? I hope so, a dash of cinnimon and splenda and what a great treat!! Thanks!

no fruit is allowed so I'm pretty sure that would be a no, have the same thing on top of cottage cheese maybe??

Please carefully read the REVISED list of Phase I foods. That should help with some of the confusion.
