Default I started the 9th too! :)

Hi all!! I too started on the 9th and am working my way through the first week. Have headaches, light headedness, all the typical stuff from what I've read. I'm deployed overseas so food is pretty limited (what the galley serves, we eat). But I've stuck with it (my buddy quit after 3 days). There's eggs every morning and a salad bar for lunch and dinner. Haven't stepped on the scale yet, it's been almost a week and I'm curious. Hardest part for me is night snacking, I love nuts! Take care, God bless, and good job everyone!!

Talking I love this diet!

I started January 10th and am down about 5 pounds - nevermind the fact that this is day one of myT.O.M. and I would normally be up 5-8 pounds!!! Now that I am over the hump of feeling bad for the first couple of days, I am feeling great! I am not hungry and I love the foods that I am able to eat. I was on a plateau for several weeks before I started this and SBD has gotten me off of it!

WOW!! Does everyone else think this is the best diet ever??

Morning all you phase oners!!

Man Schatzi you crack me up gave birth to a rabbit pellet. Eat those beans, drink that milk, eat those veggies and so on and so on and so on

Cograts to all of you that have lost this week. I too have had a good week with a loss of 9 pounds. What is even better is that my clothes are fitting better already. AND I feel great with lots of enegry.

Today's menu:

B - Bacon and eggs (I know, I know where are the veggies)

S - Bean Salad and milk

L - Not sure spending the day taking my mom shopping so something salad ish somewhere

S - Going to take nuts with me and maybe some celery

D - Crockpot chicken - Still haven't decided if I'm going to try the cola chicken in the crockpot or just do SBD BBQ sauce chicken.

S - Must make some SF jello. Hubby didn't have any last night and OK he isn't wild about my peanut butter and cool whip.

Well better go get my dinner in the crock or it won't be ready for tonight. Hope everyone has a great OP day and weekend!!

Schatzi so glad the scale gods were good to you this week. They have been good to me also but my official weigh in day is Wednesday so I am waiting for it.

How are the rest of the Phase oners doing?

Well as usually my mother tried to sabotage my WOE this weekend when we were shopping Saturday. She insisted on going to Krispy Kreem and practically through a fit until I took her there. Well you need to be proud of me ladies I sat there and watched her order and eat 4 donuts and I didn't have any!!! Hurray for me!!! The scale gods were good to me this morning for it also as I was down another 3 pounds this morning!

Today's menu:

B - Ham & turkey roll up with that smidgey bit of cream cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers

S - bean salad and milke with protein power in it

L - cola chicken, broccoli and cottage cheese

S - celery and laughing cow cheese

D - Have an early meeting tonight so we will be eating out. Probably the mom and pop drive thru that has a wonderful grilled chicken salad. They don't marined the chicken just a few seasonings and then grill it.

S - hubby gets his jello and I get my peanut butter with a dollop of cool whip when we get home from the meeting.

Hope everyone has a great OP day!

Default Phase 1 - Week 1

Weighed in after one week and hit the 5 lb loss mark. I feel good about that loss, although I know most was water. Things will probably slow for me, now. I know the average weight loss on the Phase 1 is 8-10 pounds, but unless I get movin don't think it's gonna happen. But, hey, as long as weight is on it's "weigh" down, no complainy! I have been trying a few of the recipes and most have been good and DH has even liked them. I loved it when he actually thought the shredded caulie was rice. Well, time to hit the coffee, again. Have a good week OP.

Congrats on the loss for you and your chicken man Schatzi!!

Isn't it amazing how much better you feel when you stay OP.

Well I'm not telling my chicken man how much I have lost and he doesn't ask anymore. I have lost about 3 pounds more than him this time and the last time that happened I think he sulked for a week. Men and their egos go figure.
