Default It's good to be back on the beach

Morning all!
Well I have been having some really good days OP. I feel great! And amongst all the rain here I even managed to get my recumbent trike out for a ride yesterday!! WHOOHOO!! It felt good to be riding even if I only did 6 miles. A city worker sitting at a stop sign yelled 'I WANT one of those!' as I rode by and he had a big smile on his face. Made me feel even better. Owning one of these trikes/bikes is not for the shy. There's always someone who either yells something at you or wants you to stop so they can take a look at it. LOL
I work today thru Saturday so now we'll see how I do. This has been the real test for me - going back to work and staying OP. I do well until I get home and then....well, you know.

How's everyone else doing?

Seachick! I definitely want your trike...I've wanted one for years but my DH is terrified that I'll get run over because people won't see me. Pshaw, I say!

Have fun! I'm so glad things are going well!
