I have a question about Fresca soda. It says "Always Sugar free" but it has "concentrated grapefruit juice" as an ingredient. If it says "Sugar free" and lists no carbs in the Nutrition info, is this soa okay for phase I?
If the carbs are less than 1, they do not need to be listed. The amount of real juice would be pretty small. Where is it on the ingredient list after water? We are supposed to avoid fruit and juices in particular but it may be so miniscule that it would do no harm. Limit yourself to one a day to be safe.
