Well, I bought romaine and some peppers just now. I cannot commit to Phase I (diabetics on meds need carbs - and yes, I know about legumes) but will definitely be eating healthy stuff. I sometimes feel shakey the first few days on Phase 1. But I am so ready to commit and I want 2006 to be my year that I get healthy. I see my son who lost 75 pounds be so commited and he was a total junk food junky. So if he can do it, I can to.

I'm fighting a cold now. Come Jan. 1st, I'm going back on Phase 1.

2 more days! I am looking forward to it. I ate pizza yesterday and I ended up sick last night. I figured I would eat what I want for a few days and my stomach thought otherwise.

I'm just kind of doing phase 2 with every 3rd day or so as phase 1. I actually lost weight while I was away from the beach so something must be sticking in my brain about how to eat.
