Thanks for the all the recipes south beach buddies. I am looking forward to doing some Christmas baking now that I was going to orginally forgo.

Here is a link to a recipe site that has a review of the new South Beach Quick and Easy Cookbook and includes a copy of Dr. A's recipe for Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies that are Phase 2 legal.

Here is another link to Rick Gallop's GI Diet that has recipes for both Pecan Brownies and Chocolate Drop Cookies that I believe would be Phase 2 legal as well. Both of these recipes use beans as well as whole wheat flour.

Dang - thanks for the info. . .I obviously need to READ the information. I got very excited when I saw Splenda made brown sugar. Well - I'll do the sugar twin etc. Thanks for setting me straight. . .
